The culture behind a Megazord: “That’s not Power Rangers!”

23 Mar

Welcome back to my blog.

Tomorrow, the Power Rangers movie will be released in the US almost three years after it was announced.

However, as we’re on the internet, people already stated complaining, and the major criticism was “that’s not Power Rangers!”.

Now, unless you’re talking about actors like Adam Sandler, whose simple involvement of any kind in a movie indicates “it’ll suck”, there’s no way to say that a movie is going to be bad.

Sure, I get it when you’re watching the trailer and thinking “this just doesn’t look like the brightfully coloured show I enjoyed as a kid”. After all, I was hoping for this movie to be something made for the kids, so seeing it getting a PG-13 is a bummer.

Therefore, you have all the right to worry that it’s not going to give justice to the original show, but, if you want something like this, tune in on Nickelodeon, as it’s still going strong. Trust me: Power Rangers Ninja Steel is awesome!

I don’t know what was the original purpose of this post, nor why I made it a “The culture behind a Megazord”, but this isn’t the final article of today, so see you, next time, here, on the Empty Blog!
